Congratulations Mexico
Evidently today is Mexican Independence day.
I discovered the holiday by going to our cafeteria for lunch, I celebrated by partaking of a beef chimichanga, beans & rice and some Mexican desert, all for the low low price of $5.99. I got a 20oz soda too!
I love Mexican Independence day.
