Um...hello?
You know, it really makes me wonder about how some people do their job. Especially when I find that the mail delivery and pickup individual has not only failed to pickup the outgoing mail, but has crammed the incoming mail on top of it.
Now, I can understand not picking up the mail if there was no mail to deliver. Perhaps they forgot to look, but when it's crammed in on top of it I really have to wonder what happened there.
