BfL Week 8
Still going strong for me here at the end of Week 8. I'm feeling good about the program and that I'm on track for reaching my goals at the end of Week 12.
My wife, poor thing, is having trouble staying on the program and following the routines and I don't blame her. This is a lot of effort and she's having trouble seeing any results. I'm not sure what we're doing wrong or if we are in fact doing anything wrong, maybe it just takes this long? I've requested help, hopefully it'll work out.
