BfL Week6

Well, we've made it to week 6. That in and of itself is quite an accomplishment, but both the wife and I feel that we're not where we should be for being almost half way done. We've decided to try another supplement called Thermodynamix, it's supposed to increase metabolism and increase fat loss. We're going to start slow with it and see if it helps. I have felt better about the program in general. Last week was pretty rough, as far as feeling like we're not making progress, Susan had a particularly hard time with it. But we have managed to stay with it and we haven't missed a work out and outside of a few hiccups with diet we've stayed remarkably disciplined.

I've felt like there's more progress this week and that's a good feeling. I've gotten that feeling of my body changing again, which I really haven't felt since the first few weeks...maybe it's all in my head...who knows.

I've always felt that we we're going to make it through this 12-week program, for some reason, unlike so many other diets, I've never doubted that we would complete it. Having made it halfway feels good never the less.
