Unwanted Commentary

I am a monotheistic Christian, except when it comes to hockey. The hockey gods are a sniveling, cruel, vengeful, and diabolical lot. They must delight in the suffering of fans, that's the only explanation for what happened last night. The Stars lose to the Mighty Ducks 4-3 and lose the series 4-2. They lost to the Mighty Ducks. Only a cold intelligence with the cruelest intentions could let such a thing occur, but so it is and we just have to learn to move along.

In the spirit of sportsmanship and gentlemanly behavior, congratulations to the Ducks as they played an outstanding series and were definitely the better team.
